Job Title: Marketing & Multimedia Specialist

Location: Renens, Switzerland

Description:

Under the supervision of the Marketing & Communication Team Leader, you will be responsible for creating multimedia content and coordinate projects in the Communication Department. You will be in charge of creating the promotional material respecting the image of the TESA brand and the Hexagon guidelines. You will also coordinate projects (Product Launches, new promotions, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of marketing actions following the communication plan
  • Creation of the marketing material (brochures, flyers, videos, images, web banners, etc…) for product launches
  • Content creation and artwork for product promotion and brand awareness (newsletters and external mailings, graphic preparation of the template/visuals, promotions, advertisements…)
  • Photo shooting from A to Z (Organisation, shooting, editing, coordination of the validation process)
  • Project coordination for the department in collaboration with Sales/Products teams
  • Website and social media coordination (content creation/update, follow up and KPI’s reports
  • Collaboration with Hexagon/Sales/Product teams to organise the tools for TESA exhibitions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication/marketing or similar (essential)
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Marketing or Communication Specialist or similar
  • Design capabilities in design software programs including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (certification: an asset)
  • Strong digital knowledge
  • An excellent knowledge of English and French, German would be an asset
  • Excellent Project Management and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills.
