The company is engaged in manufacturing and sales activities which are coordinated out from its headquarter in Jona.Business PurposeTeva Pharmaceuticals International GmbH is looking for a Master Data and Compliance Specialist being responsible for the management of material master data related activities, e.g. by creating and maintaining changes in the ERP SKUs, and for contributing to quality improvement of the data in SAP. This role also supports Business Process and Compliance management of documents including archival of all relevant documents in the oversight of the Quality Management System (QMS), creates training material and ensures that the legal and quality requirements are met, including good Due Diligence support for product acquisitions and for products in launch. This support is provided in the framework of the corporate procedures, in line with the Swissmedic License relevant prescriptions, and following the EU quality requirements in GMP/GDP, customers and suppliers qualification.Main Responsibilities

• Being responsible for SKU readiness and maintenance in SAP system you ensure adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards and practices, to achieve the required level of consistency, and data quality, as well as data integrity and accuracy
• Ensure correct system interface and linkage between SAP/MDG/Control Tower
• You support operations through life-cycle management for documentation collection and data maintenance and ensure tasks are completed on time
• You create and collect all relevant documents and obtain approval/signature when applicable
• You are responsible for the central documentation archive and updates
• You support and coordinate qualification initiation (Audit, QTA, GMP/GDP license, Agreements, etc)
• You will execute tasks to support Change Control processes, and ensure governance guidelines are implemented across TPIG Supply Chain
• You have responsibility for product reports and conduction of relevant analysisRequirements
• You have a degree in Business Administration, and several years of working experience in a comparable position, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
• You have excellent knowhow in SAP; experience with MDG and Control Tower is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain, knowledge of GxP requirements
• Confident communication skills in English
• You are a team player with experience in multinational environment
• You are a well-organized, structured, independent and accurate person
