Our Supply Chain Management Team is responsible for purchasing the goods and services that enable our organization to operate in a profitable and ethical manner. Responsibilities vary from sourcing raw materials and services to managing contracts and relationships with suppliers. We are now looking for a committed and highly motivated Procurement Engineer C2C who shares our strong sense of purpose and is ready to create a sustainable tomorrow together with us.
  • Responsible for procurement of plant components and services for plant projects
  • Procurement marketing for settlement projects
  • Evaluation of strategic and new suppliers
  • Support of sales in procurement matters
  • Commodity Management peripherals
  • Risk and Claim Management
  • Contracting according to ORM
  • Benchmarking of suppliers
  • Interface between suppliers and internal departments (engineering, project management, logistics, controlling)
  • Support in implementing the procurement strategy
  • Bundling of procurement volumes in one’s own area of responsibility
  • Systematic procurement marketing
  • Controlling the number of suppliers
  • Conclusion of group agreements for peripherals Price and condition management for preferred and key suppliers
  • Optimization of logistical processes
  • Proactive claim management
  • Technical and/or business degree from a university or technical college or relevant professional experience
  • Technical and business knowledge
  • Knowledge of contract law
  • Ideally several years of experience in the project business
  • Good German and English skills and preferably a third language
  • Good IT skills (Office, Internet, SAP)
  • Proactivity, high motivation and flexibility, high assertiveness
  • Readiness to travel according to project requirement
  • Team spirit and well-developed communication skills as well as the ability to work within an interdisciplinary environment
