1st Level Helpdesk Supporter vacancy for our Zug based client in the commodity trading sector.

Your Tasks
  • Recording and handling any received request within a committed timeframe
  • Communicating and following up the person who raised an incident
  • Ensuring the documentation of various issues and their related solution as well as their accessibility
  • Participating in stand-up meetings related to reviewing production issues and ensuring the documentation process
  • Cooperating with the 2nd level support team for complex issues
Your Experience/knowledge
  • Experience as 1st Level Support
  • Expertise in classifying incoming user questions with appropriate processing
  • Fluent English skills, verbally and written, German is a plus
Your Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a pro-active way, independently and in a team
