We are currently expanding our sales and consulting division for synthetic fibre reinforcements and ropes used in various industries, including the

Concrete short fibres industry

Deep-sea rope industry

Telecommunication industry

Tasks

  • Establishing long-term customer relationships with a focus on "Value Selling Proposal"
  • Acquisition, support and consulting of potential and existing customers
  • Elaboration and promotion of our proposals
  • Provide ongoing and proactive support to customers in collaboration with R&D department on project development, quality improvements and commercial contract negotiations
  • Assist with legal discussions and pricing agreements for management approval
  • Establish and regularly review annual sales goals and long-term forecasts
  • Represent Aritec in industrial fairs. Elaborate Sales Strategy and Sales ReportingFrequent business travel within Europe
Requirements

  • You have a technical or commercial degree
  • You have 2-5 years of professional experience in civil engineering and ideally experience in the field of synthetic fibres
  • You have a solid technical understanding of different concrete, mortar and asphalt and synthetic fibres used for their reinforcement
  • You are an open, outgoing and proactive personality and can work under pressure
  • You are results and goal oriented and have a structured way of working and a networked way of thinking
  • You have a high degree of self-motivation, independently and you are customer-oriented
  • You have a strong will to succeed and a high level of commitment
  • You integrate well into a team
  • You can work efficiently and independently
  • Language skills: English professional level, in written and spoken, German fluent preferred, other language is a plus
