What you can expect from us: (this two year secondment in Assurance Technical Office).

  • You support the implementation of an IT-platform for the knowledge management of the Assurance practice
  • You work on consultations and enquiries related to statutory accounting, Swiss GAAP FER and audit reports
  • You work on special projects with a technical back to support the Assurance practice
  • You develop training material and present training both internally and externally
  • You improve your project management skills
  • You improve your soft skills as there will be plenty of opportunities to develop your communication, presentation and negotiation skills and you share your expertise and experience actively by teaching, coaching and mentoring others

What we expect from you.

  • You completed your Swiss CPA (Senior or Manager)
  • You are a native German or French speaker and have sound English skills
  • You are a solid IT-user
  • You have the ability to manage a number of projects, meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
  • You drive your career together with your coach by setting clear career objectives and making conscious career choices
