The candidate will work in a highly-skilled, technically strong and autonomous team and is expected to bring the same experience and mindset. Also highly important is strong customer centricity, caring about the customers and how to solve their problems.

End date: 1 year

Extension: yes (yearly)

Workplace: Rotkreuz

Workload: 80-100%

Remote/Home Office: hybrid (at least once a week)

Aufgaben
  • Interacting with management, coordinating and directing activities of project team members.
  • Ensuring all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.

Qualifikation
  • Capability to think strategically.
  • Recognized expert-level knowledge of relevant SCRUM methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes with 8+ years of experience in the relevant area, preferably with broad industry exposure.
  • Excellent understanding of complex landscapes and relationships (business, systems, policies, etc.).
  • Excellent ability to communicate to others not only what is being done and how, but also why. Leading one or more high-level, complex technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements.
