Business Title: Country Manager DACH (Sales Area Manager)

GENERAL SUMMARY

Overall responsibility for achieving 7FAM sales targets and continuous monitoring all responsible areas in cooperation with the 7fam partner agencies (focusing DACH).

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Support the brand in achieving sales targets, direct responsibility for selling to customers located in assigned area
  • Responsibility for sales agents target and results
  • Selling campaign: update workbooks with cancellations and pricing; in charge of substituting cancelled items; analyse order intake performance. Liaison with CS, for reorders and day by day activity
  • Provide to the wholesale director information on markets providing regular reports
  • Definition and implementation of a seasonal go-to-market strategy and management of the seasonal, annual and long-term planning process.
  • Strategic further development of the business model - also taking into account franchise, depot & concession structures.
  • Expansion of long-term trade-related and strategic business partnerships with customers and agencies.

Direct Reports: Sales Associate

RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: CS, Marketing, VM

External: Agents/distributors within region, customers/accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 8+ years knowledge of the wholesale structure in responsible area (DACH), ideally focusing PREMIUM DENIM segment.

· Proven sustainable sales successs in the fashion and lifestyle industry.

· High level of persuasion and enthusiasm as a salesperson. Above average communication skills, networker and consulting skills.

· Analytical Mindset and an independent, flexible and structured way of working.

· Business-oriented and constructive cooperation with all internal relevant interfaces.

· Very good knowledge of spoken and written English – ideally German Ability to understand customers’ needs and to approach the accounts with professionalism and passion, in order to promote the products and maximize sales results and customer satisfaction
