  • Taking a lead role in representing Pilatus and liaising with our trainer fleet customers
  • Managing in-service issues and our support contract obligations
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identifying after-sales business opportunities and contract negotiation
  • Developing long term customer support strategies
What you bring
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in the aerospace industry, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
  • Further area specific education or professional qualifications are an advantage
  • Fluent English language skills are required – proficiency in German would be an advantage
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and allocate time and resources to meet the job requirements
  • A positive and flexible attitude and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
