Tasks

  • You will take responsibility for the support and expansion of our existing customers at home and abroad. Customer meetings are usually held in English.
  • With your consultative sales approach you build trusting and long-term customer relationships
  • You support our customers in getting the most out of Locatee
  • You are the intermediary between the customer and Locatee and coordinate all necessary steps together with our Customer Success Team and the technical account managers
  • You collect customer feedback and requests to further improve our solution
  • You will support the development of a powerful sales organization and help to further develop our sales processes and strategies
Requirements

  • 3-5 years working experience in Enterprise B2B Sales as Account or Key Account Manager in a start-up, technology or real estate/facility management company
  • Excellent written and spoken English. German is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, sales talent and "hands-on" mentality
  • You are always ready to go the extra mile for our customers
  • Excellent communication skills and a self-confident appearance
  • Passionate and empathetic approach to identifying challenges from customers and matching them with our offering
  • Enjoyment of active participation in a rapidly growing team
  • Flair for new technologies
