About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing medium company based in Nyon.

Job Description

The main missions related to this Accounting Assistant position will be the following ones :

  • Transmission of daily payment files
  • Entering the customer refunds in the bank weekly
  • Entering the client refunds in the company CRM
  • Entering the Intrum and Creditreform collection files
  • Collect, sort, scan and file supplier invoices
  • Entering invoices from debt collection offices
  • Entering commissions to Business Contributors
  • Search for invoices and accounting documents for internal and external services
  • Participate in simple bank reconciliations
  • Search for payment for customer and debtor services
  • Other company administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant

For this Accounting Assistant position, the selected candidate will have the following skills :

  • Qualification in accounting, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in this area
  • Experience with managing administrative tasks
  • Ability to interact with various contacts inside and outside the company
  • Ability to evolve in a fast-moving environment which requires a strong adaptability
  • Willing to work closely with a small team, with the capacity to work autonomously and independently when needed
  • Fluency in French and English required
  • Start date ASAP
