For our client in the pharma industry we are looking for a talented profile as:Administrative Assistant 100% (m/f/d)Tasks
  • You support business stakeholders in business administration
  • You update and create vendor profiles in internal systems (SAP and ARIBA),
  • You create purchase orders and invoices and release payments
  • You perform compliance checks for the payment procedures
  • You create and manage contracts for the company and make sure that documents are signed on deadlines
  • You create adhoc reports for stakeholders
  • You perform background checks of our partners, provide advice to business stakeholders for any purchasing and contract related matters
  • You provide project support as needed
Profile
  • You have a commercial degree ( KV )
  • You have minimum of 5 years of experience as administrative assistant
  • You have experience as MS Office skills (mainly Excel and Outlook), SAP,ARIBA is a plus
  • You have a service oriented mindset
  • You have a structured and independent work style
  • You are a team player and can work with senior and junior stakeholders alike
  • You have well rounded communication skills
