Als wichtige und zentrale Ansprechperson sorgst du für reibungslose Abläufe im Arbeitsalltag und entlastet und unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden der Abteilungen Analytik und Chemische Entwicklung im Tagesgeschäft. Dein Engagement trägt damit massgeblich zum Erfolg der Abteilung bei.
  • Bestellungen für Labor-Chemikalien, Verbrauchsmaterial und Büromaterial
  • Verwalten des Dokumententrainings in SAP sowie der der Schulungsdokumentation von Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für den Musterversand
  • Erheben von KPIs (key performance indicators) z. B. aus LIMS und Zusammenstellen der KPIs für Berichte
  • Vorbereiten der Eintritte neuer Mitarbeitenden
  • Abrechnen von Pikett Einsätzen
  • Scannen und Ablegen von Dokumenten
Your profile
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung EFZ mit Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Industrie oder eine abgeschlossene Laborantenausbildung mit Berufserfahrung in der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • Du bist IT-affin und hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit LIMS und / oder SAP
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, proaktive Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Flexibles Organisationstalent mit lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich), gute Englischkenntnisse
