Context


You will integrate a small team in Lausanne (less than 10 people) to follow all local administrative processes (accounting, management, finance, HR, quality, health and safety at work).
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will contribute to the functioning of our business in Switzerland.


Missions


1. Accounting and finance (according to Swiss regulations): bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, cash management, expense tracking
  • In charge of maintaining the accounting of the branch, ensuring the accuracy of the figures and their compliance with the laws in force in Switzerland (General accounting, Supplier accounting, Customer accounting and payroll)
  • Prepare group reporting (assets, liabilities, income statement, bank reconciliation) in cost accounting on a monthly basis and ensure deadlines are met
  • Develop and incorporate financial procedures to ensure compliance with group rules within the Swiss structure
  • In charge of cash management (Cash management, bank reconciliations, monthly rolling forecast)
  • In close collaboration with the group treasury department, take care of the management of bank accounts (opening, follow-up, updating powers, closing) and the maintenance of databases
  • Accompanied by our fiduciary subcontractor, ensure the respect of the dates concerning the filing of tax returns and the payment of taxes in rigor
  • Be a support for the external and internal auditors

2. Human Resources (according to Swiss regulations) :
  • Administrative follow-up of the employees’ life cycle (management of entries, exits, transfers with update of the HRIS)
  • Recruitment support (contracts, contacts with external partners and authorities)
  • Administrative management of time and absences
  • Support for the organization of annual interviews
  • Establishment of accident and illness declarations
  • Correspondence with the personnel department

3. Legal: preparation of files for specialized internal services


4. Quality, health, safety and security : Monitoring of compliance with SYSTRA requirements and point of contact with the group (Swiss regulations)

Profile


Federal diploma (at least)
You have experience in a similar position in Switzerland


Your talents


Mastery of the usual IT tools (knowledge of the SAP SUCCESSFACTORS solution would be a plus)
Multilingual, you can communicate in French, English and a 3rd language would be a plus (Italian / German)

Contractual information:


Start date: May 1, 2023
Contract for an indefinite period
Rate of activity: 60% (3 days per week with a minimum of 2 days per week of presence required in our offices)
