Due to its expansion, Spineart is consolidating its compliance team with the recruitment of a PARALEGAL ASSISTANT

MISSIONS

The paralegal assistant will assist the Legal & Compliance department by providing administrative support

· Support the contracts documentation process

· Support in the preparation, tracking and archiving of the agreements process

· Implement the administrative work, including organizing to maintain and archive the various Compliance & Legal department files (electronic and paper) in accordance with general records

· Support file creation and data gathering for legal & compliance activity

· Maintain up to date the various databases of the Legal & Compliance department

· Ensure the follow-up of CNOM/ MedTech submissions and other processes

· Drafting correspondence and managing email communication

· Monitoring Compliance Inbox

· Strictly follow compliance process guidelines

PROFILE

· CFC commercial employee or equivalent

· At least 2-3 years’ relevant work experience as a paralegal in the legal and /or compliance department of a multinational group or at a law firm

· French and English mandatory (spoken and written)

· Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

· Strong organizational skills and attention to details

· Good time management skills to handle accurately multiple tasks with great sense of priorities
