We are a growing quantitative trading firm with offices based in Zug, Zürich and Appenzell, Switzerland.

We are looking for temporary Administrative Assistant (f / m, 20-60% or per hour) to manage the organization of a new fintech venture. As administrative assistant, you will be working closely with the compliance team, helping in onboarding, reconciliation and legal work.

You should be highly motivated and entrepreneurial, with an interest in finance and trading. Mathematical and legal skills would be helpful, and as such we are looking for candidates with a strong technical or legal background. The working environment will be in English and German.

Start: As soon as possible

Applicant should be able to work in Switzerland.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Fluency in English and German.
  • Excellent at multi-tasking and able to prioritize tasks.
