  • Coordination and support of obsolescence management within the procurement organization
  • Collaboration with internal departments such as engineering and product management, and participation in interdepartmental meetings related to obsolescence
  • Developing supplier parts lists as well as entering and maintaining obsolescence data in SAP
  • Creation and processing of obsolescence requests for the procurement department and monitoring of the obsolescence status of the Bill of Materials of any Pilatus aircraft types.
  • Analysis of master and transaction data for the creation of key figures and metrics for monitoring the obsolescence process and transactions
  • Preparation of presentations, reports, statistics and calculations for internal stakeholders
What you bring
  • Commercial or technical education with further specialization in procurement
  • Several years of work experience in purchasing, procurement and/or obsolescence management.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry would be an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Sound knowledge of MS-Office and SAP (module MM)
  • Independent personality with strong communication skills as well as a structured and process-oriented mindset
