The Role
The Advisor Professional is laser focused on helping the team’s Client Advisors bring the best possible service to our clients. This role is extremely diverse with responsibilities across investment management, multi-asset trading, lending, client onboarding and many other ad hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the team’s Client Advisors across investments, account opening, credit and wealth advisory matters. This role is extremely broad and would involve working with teams and processes across J.P. Morgan’s entire Wealth Management platform.
- Brokerage trade execution across asset class.
- Working on all relevant controls around discretionary portfolio management.
- Team liaison with various control functions, operations and client service specialist teams.
- Manage sales management priorities and drive team campaigns.
- Control the team’s KYC responsibilities and work with Client Advisors to complete reviews and account openings.
- Monitor and raise fee schedule and billing.
- Documentation management across investments, credit and onboarding/account opening.
- Anything else that will bring the best service to our clients and support the team in achieving their business goals.
Your Background and Skillset
- A self-starter that is well organised, able to multi-task and takes pride in what you do.
- Achievement oriented, focused on managing priorities and good at solving problems.
- Ability to see things through to the end.
- Some prior trading experience would be beneficial.
- Great team player that is excited to join a young and growing team.
- Impeccable sense of ethics and values, with an ability to adapt quickly.
- Several years’ experience working in Financial Services. Time spent in Private Banking/Wealth Management is especially beneficial.
- Fluent in English.
