You will report to the Teamlead of Maintenance E&I and perform planned maintenance tasks free of injury and assembly or modification of equipment within specialism (Electrical & Instrumental).Activities

• Contributing to Safe environment
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance by practicing first time right.
• Locate disturbances and discuss potential causes
• Suggest practical solution of technical problems
• Repair damages and defects to equipment as per technical instructions and discuss SHEQ precautions with the lead technician
• Consult additional technical information such as drawings and manuals if necessary
• Perform planned preventive and predictive maintenance tasks within schedule
• Assemble components into equipment that is ready for use
• Test equipment before handover to owner
• Maintain appropriate records of fulfilled orders, technical data, actual experience and resources needed
• Give opinion on technical condition of inspected equipment and suggest improvements
• Operate in accordance with Quality, Health, Environment and Safety guidelines and instructions
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement by pro-actively realizing positive changes
• Reports the executed activities in SAP

This polymer is used in textile and carpet yarns and for household, industrial and electrical applications. In addition, polymers for specific applications are made in the Compound factory based on five basic polymers. These polymers are made by adding dyes, reinforcing agents, antifungal agents, flame retardants or other additives and are sold under the name Akulon, Arnite and Arnitel. DAP produces the raw materials for both factories. The finished products are then packed and prepared for shipment.
