HES-SO University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland-Geneva is recruiting for the Geneva School
of Business Administration in International Business Management department a position of:

an assistant UAS (PhD student) in Information System
Limited duration contract of 12 months, renewable

Full-time (100%)

Mission: 

To participate to research in topics related, but not limited, to digital platforms, platform/data ecosystems, and
digital transformation 

Assist a professor in his teaching activities

Profile: 

Master’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related fields 

Experience with (or interest in) information systems, digital transformation, management/organization sciences,
and in research methods (e.g., case studies and computer simulation). Experience in quantitative methods is
considered as an asset 

Working language is English. English academic writing as well as French language skills are considered as
asset

Particularity of the Assistant UAS position: 

The duration of this UAS contract is for 12 months, renewable up to four times 

The salary rate for an assistant UAS holding a Master degree corresponds to a class 9 – annuity 2

Starting date: December 1st, 2021 or a mutually agreed date
