The role of Analyst - Intelligence and Data Management (EMEA Region) is to analyze and share strategic-level finished intelligence and maintain complex databases and data studios. Specifically, we are looking for you to manage complex data systems including a company-wide data studio accessible to all appropriate partners within the company. You will assess intelligence information and track threat activities directly or indirectly affecting EA’s assets, people and interests globally and serves as the lead for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Region. You will create and provide intelligence, investigations, and incident management support to EA’s internal business operations and apply intelligence, investigations, and incident management skills to be used in the detection, monitoring, mitigation and prevention of threats, vulnerabilities and other activity affecting EA’s interests. This role is instrumental in developing intelligence products that inform EA business decision makers and support EA operators.

Responsibilities
  • Be the lead data manager and integrator for a company-wide data studio and associated database.
  • Provide credible and applicable strategic intelligence to inform operators and business decision makers in varying predetermined suspense and depth.
  • Conduct briefings for a variety of levels of customers as requested (by phone, video conference, in-person briefing, or industry conference).
  • Support investigations through collection and analysis of intelligence related to threats originating from external sources outside our company, as well internal incidents and including issues affecting EA employees, players, facilities, or brand.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing data studios, databases, and COVID-19 data systems used for site reopening or COVID-19 mitigation measures including introducing new ideas and demonstrated experience implementing data studio ideas and concepts.
  • Experience as a Strategic Intelligence Analyst for the EMEA region with specific knowledge of threats or security issues in the region, EA locations in the region, and COVID impacts in the region.
  • Desire to extend knowledge on intelligence tradecraft relevant to Global Safety Physical Security (GSPS) operations, and assist other members of the team.
  • Relay investigative or intelligence findings to GSPS leadership and other relevant partners.
  • Experience providing intelligence to support travel, events, and personal protection assignments, including executive protection.
  • Bachelors or advanced degree(s) or combination of requisite experience and education.
  • Helpful, non-required certifications or affiliations include: ASIS International, or similar, CFI, PCI, CFE, CICA, CEAA, PSP or similar certification.
Number of Direct Reports: None - Individual contributor. You will report to the Senior Manager for Intelligence and Investigations and the Senior Intelligence Advisor.
