Working for a global IT System manufacturer, we are seeking an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation and further development of the companies business systems.   • Technical support and further development of the applications (ERP/JetOrbit, DMS/DocuWare, Workflow/JobRouter) and other IT systems
  • Targeted support of the specialist departments. Designing and implementing solutions in close cooperation with your IT colleagues and the specialist departments.
  • Integration of software solutions and data products into the IT landscape and its support.
  • Further development of in-house solutions and ensuring smooth connections and integration with third-party products (DMS/DocuWare, ERP/JetOrbit, Finance/Sage) and platforms.
  • Supervise SQL databases as well as the maintenance, creation and further development of BI applications (Qlikview) and reports (Crystal).
  • Ensuring trouble-free operation and providing support (1st, 2nd and 3rd level). Assistance in systems engineering.
  • Continuous documentation, training as well as the planning and implementation of software updates and maintenance work.
  • Experience in MS SQL and BI applications and a flair for technology.
  • German fluent and good knowledge of English an advantage.
