Do you want to constantly rethink, develop and optimize tasks and processes in your area of responsibility? As our Application Manager of Feller’s Data & IT Operations digital offering, you will be the point of contact for product lifecycle management of our applications and ensure that the offering supports our customers as well as technical requirements from Schneider Electric’s.Your tasks:

• First point of contact for applications of digital services and products
• Performing coordination tasks between IT Project Management and IT solution architects
• Coordination and coaching of application development teams according to Product Roadmap
• Collaborate on the maintenance and further development of interfaces between applications
• Collaborate on specification, testing and rollout for the implementation of application releases
• Collaborate on migrations, infrastructure, data, and architecture projects
• Creating, updating, maintaining, and managing documentation at all levels
• Planning of application releases and application lifecycle management
• Ensure monitoring of ongoing application operations (availability, recoverability, performance, and resource consumption of the application)
• Establish and maintain structured incident-, change- and governance management (processes, organizational structures, platform, architecture fit, interfaces)
• Inform application users of malfunctions, application-related messages, and planned interruptions.
• Analyzing application malfunctions and errors, providing workarounds and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with SE IT standards (cyber security and information security compliance, digital certifications, etc.)
• Budget and operating cost responsibility for the technology stack

Your profile:

• You have a degree in computer science or sufficient professional experience as a application manager or technical project manager.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on application management experience in an agile environment
• Solid understanding of ITIL and project management best practices
• Experience and knowledge of systems design, application platforms, security, and communications networks as well as development management
• You have very good communication skills (in English and German), persuasion and assertiveness and bring a good sense of collaboration with different stakeholder groups
• Relevant Experience in coordinating resources and leading small teams
• Previous work experience from similar industries is an advantage
• Experience or certifications in agile methods is a plus
