Who We Are

We are a successful, international SME active in the field of in-vitro diagnostics. We develop, procure and produce high-quality biological and biochemical raw materials and semi-finished products for over 40 countries. Our team of almost 45 people at the Nänikon site attaches great importance to collegiality and open communication. We are looking for you!

Tasks

What You Can Expect

In this role, you will work in our small 6-person sales - and operations team for the Asian market. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining contacts and correspondence with our Asian customers and suppliers
• Preparation of documents, shipping records and invoices
• Coordinating and supervising the shipment of goods
• Taking care of daily administrative tasks
  

Requirements

Who you are

You are a motivated team player and appreciate working in a dynamic and lively environment. With your flexibility, it is easy for you to reschedule at short notice and you know how to help yourself even in hectic situations.

You enjoy the versatility of your area of responsibility. An organized way of working will help you significantly. You are very familiar with all MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel.

Ideally, you have a commercial apprenticeship/high school diploma or a completed apprenticeship and have a few years of experience in a similar function. You speak fluent/native Japanese and very good English (business level).
