General duties include:

§ Creating client files in the server and CRM

§ Processing of applications – this includes checking, scanning, filing, emailing to the client and advisor and sending the application to the relevant provider and taking any Post to the post office

§ Ensuring receipt and forwarding of policy documents for each case that issues

§ Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems

§ Daily management of the portfolios and daily relationship with the custodian banks

§ Creating PVs from all attended meetings

§ Various reporting (type and frequency to be determined)

§ Policy servicing tasks – change of addresses, change of payment methods, withdrawals, recording and following up on the back-office system.

§ Assisting the Directors with general support and administrative duties

§ Ensuring company and product literature, stationery and ink cartridges are ordered in duly time from providers and suppliers.

§ Follow-up of supplier’s invoices (booking, approval, etc.)

§ Meeting room calendar – updating the calendar with pre-booked meeting

§ Welcome clients, offering drinks and settling them in on arrival

§ Translation English/French
