Your contribution to KPMG

Audit consolidated and annual financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards on-site at our clients’ premises
Examine the international clients’ business processes and workflows
Hone your technical expertise working on large, complex topics and transactions, including the implementation of IFRS 17/9
Learn to lead and deliver a “next generation audit” using advanced technology and data & analytics to deliver a "next generation audit"
Lead the day-to-day business of the audit team in collaboration with the client in order to meet internal and external deadlines
Mentor and coach an international, diverse teams on technical accounting, auditing, financial reporting and internal controls topics
Play an active role to promote a collaborative environment, team culture and client service mindset among the audit team
Build a cross-functional and cross-border network of experts to share information, successes and best practices across KPMG member firms
This is what makes you successful

Master (preferred) or Bachelor Degree (e.g. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration)
(Swiss) Certified Accountant, CPA or similar professional accreditation
5-7 years of professional experience with group audit engagements with a focus on financial services or insurance clients is a must
Strong knowledge of US GAAP & US GAAS or IFRS & ISA is a must
Fluent in English – French or, German is a plus
You are proactive, flexible, team oriented and have a client focus
Proven leadership experience and ability to coach/mentor junior/experienced staff
Ability to foster cross-team communication
