Assistant to CFO & COO (d/f/m)

In this role, you will actively support the CFO and COO in all operational and strategic tasks. You will be responsible for diary management and for planning business trips within Switzerland and abroad. You will organise meetings of the Board of Directors and Executive Board and take the minutes. In addition, you support the legal department in the administration and the creation of contracts and other documents. You will network with partners both within and outside of the company. Participation in the organisation of a range of different events forms the final element of your exciting job profile.

Required experience and skills:
  • a successfully completed degree or comparable education/training
  • professional experience as an assistant
  • very good command of English and a second foreign language an advantage
  • strong IT skills, in particular MS Office
  • a confident manner, very strong focus on delivering results
  • a talent for communication and organisation, as well as excellent people skills
  • passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
  • absolutely dependable and trustworthy
