We are looking for an Assistant to the Head of Product to join a prestigious watchmaking manufacture

It is a permanent contract to start ASAP

You are in charge of :
o Contacts with suppliers and subsidiaries, mainly in French and English: telephone calls, correspondence, visits, e-mails, etc.

o Coordination and follow-up of all files related to the Product Department

o Organization of meetings

o Writing of reports and minutes

o Carrying out various sales analyses

o Supporting the Head of Product in the organization of his trips

o Organization and participation in seminars

o Coordination with other departments of the company

Who are you ?

o CFC (commercial employee) or equivalent title

o First professional experience (2-3 years) in the field, ideally in the watch industry

o Good knowledge of the MS Office suite

o Fluent in French and English, other languages is an asset
