Job Summary (Primary Function)

The Director, European Reimbursement and Access has two major responsibilities:
  • Drive pricing and reimbursement outcomes for the IAI portfolio across Europe, starting with ruxolitinib cream
  • Directly support the Incyte business in Switzerland as the lead for value, access and pricing (VAP) activities.
Pricing and reimbursement systems are becoming increasingly complex to navigate. Alongside normal appraisal, pricing and reimbursement approaches, new categories of coverage are emerging, conditional reimbursement is expanding, and reassessment frequency is increasing. These and other pressures create both risk and opportunity for patient access for Incyte products. With the launch of ruxolitinib cream, Incyte diversifies from orphan-oncology and new expertise is needed to address the unique aspects of the dermatology market. Consequently, Incyte needs someone who can focus on these challenges, working directly or with affiliate colleagues to deliver access and reimbursement outcomes for ruxolitinib cream.

The Director, European Reimbursement and Access is a member of a dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic team where everyone’s contribution counts. We work in a highly diverse environment, joining our unique perspectives into a unified force to improve the lives of patients. We continuously share experiences, information and ideas to achieve common goals, yet take individual responsibility to deliver exceptional results and to “go the extra mile”.
