Join us and make a difference.In Associate Director, Pricing & Reimbursement Lead role you would be responsible for the below areas:Responsible for local Pricing & Reimbursement (P&R) of BMS products
  • Responsible for the development, planning, coordination & execution of the local BMS P&R strategy, process and dossier development and negotiations with national stakeholders (key stakeholder Federal Office of Public Health).
  • Ensure alignment with local business, global pricing strategy and early involvement/approval seeking with WW Pricing as well as support local forecast and budget processes with P&R assumptions.
  • Ensure successful reimbursement negotiations and negotiation-outcomes according to budget and forecast assumptions.
Lead local Pricing & Reimbursement team of 6 employees in Swiss Office (Steinhausen)
  • Lead and manage performance of the P&R team, planning and deployment of resources according to pipeline expectations.
  • Collaborate to envision, align and execute local P&R strategy in accordance with local and global strategic priorities.
  • Create and develop a high performing team of talents with subject matter experts and potential leaders.
  • Anticipate future capability needs and develop team members with regular coaching using BMS values & leadership behaviours.
Shape the Pricing & Reimbursement environment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally especially with Gov. Affairs & Policy in order to integrate company strategy in P&R strategy.
  • Understand limitations of current system and anticipate potential hurdles for patient access and develop and execute solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure BMS perspective is represented in industry association and drive for P&R framework supporting BMS patient access.
Be part of the leadership of the Swiss Market Access Team
  • Collaborate with peers in the Swiss Market Access Leadership Team (MALT).
  • Lead, manage, align and execute local and regional projects in accordance with local, regional and global strategy to develop and execute Swiss Market Access strategies in the full team and beyond (in the Swiss organization).
