Associate Expert Science & Technology vacancy for our a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceuticals sector.

Your tasks:

  • Designing, planning, performing, interpreting and reporting results of scientific experiments for the preparation and timely delivery of drug substances, drug products, processes and procedures
  • Contributing to a team developing generic products, processes and procedures in line with global technical development strategy and objectives
  • Applying scientific, technical, GMP and quality-related expertise to address complex R&D issues
  • Documenting and interpreting scientific or developmental experiments, GMP testing or pilot plant processes
  • Maintaining and qualifying equipment and infrastructure while managing operational aspects in lab or plant
  • Adhering to appropriate standards for quality, ethics, health, safety, environment, protection and information security
  • Evaluating and interpreting results, drawing relevant conclusions and writing protocols, scientific reports, lab procedures or processes



Your experience/knowledge:

  • Work experience in a lab or plant as an Associate Scientist, Lab Technician or similar
  • Competency of executing scientific experiments as well as of developing drug substances and products
  • Sound understanding of GMP
  • PhD in relevant scientific discipline or equivalent experience and qualification
  • Fluent English written and spoken, German is a plus
