Associate Inside Sales Next Gen Sales Academy

Key Responsibilities:

As an associate Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building business with existing customers, you will also develop relationships with new clients.

The opportunity is here to work in a thriving, diverse talent and international, customer focused organization, gaining valuable sales experience progressing your career how and as you wish.

You will:

  • Perform outbound sales activities such as calling, follow-up requests, sales qualifications and offer extension to new and/or existing B2B enterprise customers and create demand
  • Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging while uncovering opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives and develop Account Management Skill Set, by offloading critical tasks from the Account Executives
  • Maintain good business relationships with our customers and partners to understand their needs, relay product information and support with quotations and tenders
  • Daily tasks will include quoting, pricing, asset management and contact acquisition, meet activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments and opportunities identified
  • Maintain contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution and support to drive the expansion of Dell Technologies’ footprint and provide an improved customer experience by offering immediate response and feedback

Essential Requirements:

  • A strong work ethic, drive and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Research skills, curiosity about business components, attention to detail
  • University or FH degree (graduated 2020-2021)
  • Native (Swiss) German native language skills, English fluent


Desirable Requirements:

  • Passion for sales and technology
