Job Description & Summary

Your tasks

  • You will support procurement projects in national and international companies in the industrial products, health industry, or consumer & retail sector and play a critical part in shaping the future for our clients.
  • You will analyze source-to-pay processes and solutions to derive improvement measures.
  • You will apply leading strategic sourcing methodologies and practices for cost optimization
  • You will design and implement new procurement operating models and develop a change management approach enabling a successful implementation and sustained results.
  • You will help expand the business, both via business development activities and project delivery.
  • You will develop an international professional network across the firm and with clients.

Your profile

  • You have a university degree and you have gained 2-4 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a management consultancy firm.
  • You have experience with transformation projects in an international environment.
  • You have experience in operating model design, strategic sourcing, procure-to-pay processes, vendor contract management and source-to-pay digital solutions.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and you are technologically proficient with experience in operating models along the source-to-pay process.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills combined with proactiveness and enthusiasm in delivering value to clients.
  • You are fluent in English and ideally German or French as well as flexible with regards to travelling.
