What are we looking for? A talented Automation Engineer mainly focused on the development and deployment of automation concept and feature as well as IT tools for our production and assembly line.

How to be successful in this position? You will be responsible to define automation solutions for our internal manufacturing production line. You will deploy automation equipment in respective area, e.g. Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical or Software application and develop accurate integration based on input requirements / specifications. You will manage PLC programming (Beckhoff TwinCAT is an asset) as well as Vision system integration. You ensure data and error management are fully integrated and safety concept are compliant to ISO Standard. You will provide support in automated system maintenance and troubleshooting. You will manage external integrator to implement some of the solutions. You will develop software solutions to acquire, display and store imaging data in real-time. You will keep up-to-date the data integration architecture that handles storage, movement, analysis and guarantee full backup and availability.

What do you need to be instrumental in this role? A degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of automation engineering, and a relevant hands-on experience of at least 5 years in industrial automation as well as with Beckhoff PLC (TwinCAT 3). You have a strong understanding of PLC / SCADA and control system. You have a deep knowledge of the field of functional safety (IEC61508). You have a very good command of French and English, written and spoken. German is a real asset. An experience working in a start-up is a real plus.
