In this role, you guarantee the functionality of the automated production process in the MES / DeltaV during production and cleaning and take corrective action immediately if there are any deviations. This includes discussion and initiation of product-specific requirements in cooperation with the responsible plant team. You create Picassos for CIP/SIP and special procedure, define EC Modules according PID und create recipes in the MES / DeltaV. Further, you participate in risk and process deviation analyzes. You ensure the cGMP-compliant documentation (eMBR; SOP; operating regulations, etc.) in cooperation with the chemist, plant master and with MSAT.
