Tasks

  • Gathering, coding, and testing, until it is ready to be certified
  • Preparing engineering/production documents such as electrical diagrams and system drawings
  • Controlling if the supplier implements the system in accordance with specifications regarding hardware, software and ordered services

Requirements

  • University degree in Aerospace Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • 5 years+ of experience in the development of subsystems in the aviation industry (e.g. electronic displays, GPS or communication systems)
  • Knowledge of military COM and IFF as well as of FMS, HUD and FCS systems
  • Working knowledge of FAA/EASA certification requirements
  • Fluency in English
  • IT affinity
  • Requirements Engineering experience with tools such as DOORS
  • Proactive and flexible mindset / personality
