Job Summary:
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Developer workplace profile (based on internal VDI solution using Citrix):
– Refine developer workplace lifecycle process (from provisioning to decommissioning)
– Refine process to add, update and remove developer tools to repository of installable developer tools
– Define profiles for different type of development
– Gather feedback from developers on current Developer workplace profile and align improvement actions with VDI service owner
– Integrate Developer workplace profile into DevSecOps reference architecture

Support GitHub Enterprise Pilot:

– Support application teams in piloting our new GitHub Enterprise Pilot environment
– Collect feedback and compile recommendations on what to improve in pilot environment
– Define and align a scenario on how to integrate GitHub Enterprise into our existing DevOps landscape (including consolidation opportunities and high-level migration approach)

Support Automated Deployment Capability to on-premise infrastructure:
– Validate anticipated approach using Atlassian tool suite and recommend changes
– Support application team (Guidewire using WebSphere / Tomcat and MS SQL Server)

DevSecOps Reference architecture:
– Consolidate existing documentation on various DevSecOps topics (procedures, …) into one reference architecture
– Add missing essential pieces to the DevSecOps Reference architecture

DevOps platform consolidation:
– Analyze consumption of in-place DevOps platforms (Atlassian, Azure DevOps)
– Identify custom DevOps platforms used by application teams
– Identify consolidation opportunities also considering GitHub Enterprise as another target DevOps platform

Must Have:
Experienced in building and maintaining a DevOps platform at enterprise level (preferably GitHub Enterprise or Azure DevOps or Atlassian)
Experienced in transforming application and operation teams to adopt DevOps and agile practices
Experienced in IaC, security and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm, Ansible, SonarQube, Veracode, Qualys)
Experienced in AWS
Experienced with container management solutions (e.g. Kubernetes)
Experience with nearshore and offshore delivery centers
Influence customers to go with best-in-class design
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders in business and IT (including developers) with proven capability of building and managing relationships
Fluent in English

Nice to have:
Experienced in building and maintaining a DevOps platform at enterprise level with Atlassian
Experienced in transforming application and operation teams to adopt DevOps and agile practices
Experience in Agile Process.
