Job content

• Development, test and delivery of local projects (ERP and BI) in collaboration with local, regional and global teams.
• Provide support to Switzerland business team on new project requests and changes.
• Manage the production support of ERP and BI systems with the help of our partner in India
• Manage the functional roadmap of the evolutions of AXV5, BI applications for which he/she is responsible, in line with the Global CORE model and the IT Swiss Markets roadmap.
• Escalate the issues when needed and recommend solutions to the Swiss Markets IT Backoffice Program Manager.
• Promoting the usage of the standard functionality of the ERP system, minimizing the number of the evolutions.
• Ensure project documentation are complete, relevant, and properly archived and accessible.
• Participate with the rest of the Swiss Markets IT Backoffice team in the management of technology and innovation initiatives related to Backoffice systems (AX V5 support, Basware, Compass, D365 migration, WMS).
• Represent the Switzerland IT Backoffice in any governance or arbitration Committee meeting requested by the Swiss Markets IT Backoffice Program Manager. ERP Project Manager
  

• Manage the evolution requests made by the local business teams to cover their needs.
  
• Analyze if the request can be done through setup in the ERP or standard and existing functions. Realize and document this setup.
• In case development needs to be done, specify and realize the requested developments. Test it and do the deployment in production. Document all steps (specification, tests).
  
• Develop BI reports (SSRS) to cover the need of business users.
  
• Understand the request and develop new reports or make evolutions on existing reports
  
• Manage the support of the Swiss business users both for ERP and BI applications to avoid any interruption in the business activity
• Coordinate and follow the support of AX V5 application with our support partner in India
• Working closely with Swiss local business teams to understand their needs and propose solutions to help them and improve their productivity
• Document the Business processes we retrieve in the Swiss context (Region, local market and division)
• Collaborate with the Swiss Markets Region IT Backoffice Program Manager to support the Business processes and be sure that they are properly followed
• Lead the execution of the Switzerland IT ERP and BI new projects in relation with all stakeholders (internal & external; global, regional & local) and ensure project deliverables as defined by the business are met on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage the ERP Migration from AX V5 to Dynamics 365 for the Swiss entities.
• With the knowledge of the Swiss context, be sure that the future Swiss Markets Regional Business Process are properly followed and deployed in Switzerland
• Work closely and collaborate with the Swiss Markets Region IT Backoffice Program Manager and other Swiss Markets IT Project Manager to build and maintain the D365 Regional instance (Switzerland, Mexico, Panama and Brazil)
