In order to reinforce the Logistics Team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently recruiting a

Back Office & Order Processor Marketing Procurement 100%

Your key responsibilities and main tasks within the Logistics Department are to coordinate the ordering and delivery of various material.

Order Processing Marketing Procurement

  • Preparation of Order Request (follow up signatures)
  • Prepare Purchase order
  • Purchase order amendment
  • Managing the Purchase order and the splitting (Logistic, supplier, warehouse)
  • Good receipt for services

Procurement Master Data Management

  • Opening new items, new suppliers
  • Price maintenance

Various administrative work and tasks

  • Management of packing instruction and follow-up with suppliers
  • Follow up and control the good for printing labelling. Final delivery notes (control and to inform warehouses), pallet sheets
  • Management of the different quality requirements (Certificates, Art-Bois, etc.)
  • Follow up of invoices (control, GR etc.)
  • Archiving of marketing production samples
  • Backup for Retail Procurement

Profile

You are an autonomous, reliable and dynamic team player with strong communication and organizational skills. Flexible, efficient and good at multi-tasking, you are used to work in fast moving environments and deal well with priorities and tight deadlines.

Professional requirements

You bring a commercial background and 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position. Your knowledge in the areas of Transport / Logistics / Purchasing is an advantage. In addition, you have technical understanding as well as good computer skills (MS Office). Knowledge of the SAP system is a plus.

Languages

To succeed in this position, you must be bilingual French/German. In addition, you have a very good oral and written communication skills in English. Any additional language is a plus.
