YOUR CAPCO DAY

• Demonstrate practical experience of software engineering best practices, while being obsessed with continuous improvement.
• Have personally made valuable contributions to products, solutions and teams and can articulate the value to customers.
• Have an awareness and understanding of new technologies being used in finance and other industries and loves to experiment.
• Have a passion for being part of the engineering team that is forming the future of finance
• Capability to work in a team
• Be reactive and support the teams when an issue arise in order to fix / mitigate it quickly
• You ideally have experience with Backbase Banking solution, or you are willing to learn and get certified on the platform
  

YOUR CAPCO-FIT

• You have the following technical skills: Angular 6, ES6, Sass, Webpack, RxJS, CSS3, Bootstrap, Git, Typescript, HTML5, Apache Maven
• You have experience in client-facing solutions and products (e.g. Omnichannel banking, Advisory platforms …)
• Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills, Can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is always a plus and French is highly recommended if you want to apply for your Geneva Office) coupled with presentation skills
