Banking | (Sr.) Legal Counsel | Zug & Remote | Temp. 3+ months | 80-100% | June 2023 | CHF 120’000+

Tasks
  • Advise the bank in all legal matters (e.g. data protection, capital markets, inheritance law…)
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, policies and other legal documents 
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and implement measures  
  • Provide counseling on legal issues concerning the daily business
  • Support internal legal projects and trainings

Requirements
  • Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein  
  • Proven expertise in Swiss law and banking regulations
  • Fluent in German and English, French and Italian are an advantage
  • MLaw, Swiss bar admission and additional qualifications are an asset
  • Min. 3 years of PQE as a lawyer in banking or as an associate in a law firm
