Our client, based in Basel, is looking for a passionate Bioscientific Project Manager for a 2 years contract,

General Information
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Latest possible start date: July
  • Extension: possible for an additional year
  • Workload: 80% (100% could be discussed - workload is due to budget)
  • Remote/Home Office: Flexible -onsite will be needed still
Your Responsibilities
  • Project management of an international, multi-site biomarker project
  • Arranging scientific meetings, adjudicating comments on minutes, writing and finalizing minutes
  • Updating and maintaining documents on scientific projects (slide decks, websites, spreadsheets…)
  • Keeping track of action items and communication needs related to scientific projects
  • Support for collaborations with international Health Care Providers (communication, contracting)
  • Support contracting for observational biomarker studies
  • Support protocol writing for scientific studies
  • Correspondence for scientific studies
  • Literature reviews
Your Profile
  • University degree in Neuroscience
  • Previous experience in project management / coordination: working with multiple workflows, large complex networks
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in research (in a lab or in a scientific group) where the candidate was involved in science projects (e.g data collection, data management, analysis etc
  • Experience in MRI imaging is an advantage
  • Knowledge of software for project management and collaborative data management
