  • Contribute to the development of the integrated pre-launch Brand strategy and Brand plan by leading the development and delivery of defined work packages for Consumers
  • Lead key strategic Global projects across functions during the pre-launch (e.g., messaging, materials and disease awareness campaigns) and launch phase (e.g., messaging, materials and Direct to Consumer - for relevant markets only) targeted towards Consumers
  • Finalize the Consumer segmentation and lead roll-out
  • Responsible for the development and alignment of the integrated omni-channel communication strategy for relevant consumer segments and adaptation according to critical industry, competitive and customer trends
  • Partner with the Policy team and MACS to improve access to menopause treatment options
  • Provide input into the evaluation of potential future partnerships
  • Set strategic priorities for Global Market Research Plan and identify secondary data need from a Consumer point of view
  • Plan, allocate and manage budget relating to all Consumer marketing activities
WHO YOU ARE:
  • University degree in marketing, communications or business administration
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and Public Relations / communications preferably within OTC or FMCG industry
  • Previous experience in building a new market / category from consumer point of view
  • Demonstrated track record of operational excellence in category and Brand launches based on disruptive consumer strategies and activation plans
  • Expertise in Women’s Health and other industries desired
  • Proven leadership and networking competencies based on several years of experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think agile, excellent customer mindset and out of the box thinking, while driving purpose
  • Strong expertise in social media channels, Direct to Consumer and Public Relations
  • Passionate communicator, must be fluent (written and spoken) in English with excellent interpersonal skills
