Your team

We are looking to hire a technical hands-on Business Analyst for our Web banking implementation projects to support our team in Bioggio. You will work together with various other teams as the Client Customization teams, the Product Development teams in Zurich, Edinburgh and Manila and the SaaS/L2 Center teams The whole group is responsible for developing and maintaining our Avaloq solutions.

Your role is customer focused. You’ll work together with the Project Manager and Product Owner to manage the activities to bring a new customer live on our Web solutions, coordinate post-cutover activities, upgrade existing customers to new releases of our solutions and provide third level (L3) application management support.

These activities also include the coordination with teams that consists of highly skilled Software Engineers, Product Owner and Consultants. We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst / Developer with strong conceptual skills to complete the teams and product owners in daily operations and in projects.

Your mission
  • Coordinate your project implementation team to deliver the agreed scope
  • Agree on the solution and support the customer regarding the customization possibilities as well as regarding their change requests
  • Support developers and explain them the customers’ requirements
  • Provide L3 application management support.
  • Follow and support the end to end solution, including know-how transfer to the teams who run the solutions for our customers
What You Need
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent experience
  • Open-minded, team-oriented, and communicative personality
  • Being eager to learn and wanting to take on new challenges
  • Strong technical background (hands-on code)
  • Interest in the banking business
  • Professional communication skills in English
  • Ability to understand, abstract, and specify banking processes and requirements
  • Digital Banking know-how
  • Good mix between problem-solving attitude and the ability to say "no"
