Business Analyst with supply chain background

About You

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement the design strategy for the digital twin platform’s features and capabilities
  • Provide clear direction to the project team (data integration, data architects, business SME) to deliver on the requirements.
  • Manages the intake backlog to generate charters, collecting business requirements, quantifying value proposition, and understanding technical feasibility
  • Be the bridge between users and the solution development team, so that business needs are converted to product features
  • Work with peers and stakeholders to prioritize product backlog
  • Support the PMO lead in ensuring all projects adhere to the project timelines and budget, removing roadblocks where needed.
  • Create solution diagrams & data flow diagrams
  • Convert high level user requirements to user stories for a development team.
  • Create SDLC docs, e.g. Compliance Analysis, Business Impact Assessment, Compliance Plan
  • Engage additional support from specialist functions / SMEs as required.
Education

Qualifications
  • Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
Experience And Skills Required
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in shaping and delivering key digital capabilities
  • Experience in the end-to-end digital product design process, from research and strategy to validation, and asset development
  • Good working knowledge of SAP for product planning and the ability to navigate such systems.
  • Expert in working with advanced data analytics and comfortable with main Data Science concepts and principles
  • Expert proficiency with collaboration, stakeholder management and requirements gathering
  • Experience of working in a business environment across the E2E supply chain
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Science concepts and capability to understand how these can be applied in real business situations.
  • Be able to act as an interface between business and digital developers, translating the business ideas into value.
  • Good communication skills, capable of delivering complex solutions in a clear ‘easy to understand’ manner.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot data and ERP challenges
  • Experience working across multiple levels of business partners, building context around key business drivers and strategic plan
