Cognitechs is looking for a talented and open-minded business analyst to perform strategical integration missions with our customers.

Description

We are looking for a business analyst with an engineering background, able to work in close contact with our customers or prospects in order to understand the problematics they are facing, identify and prioritize their requirements in terms of data and help them elaborating an optimal model (semantic graph) to reach their goal. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to learn and understand various business domains (e.g. financial services, insurances, institutional, medical…), and have the abstraction faculty to understand how to feed our CogTL calculation engine in order to bring a significant value to our customers while sorting out the very specificities of a project against generic and reuseable knowledge.

Skill Set

  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Logical and efficient, with a strong attention to details
  • Good understanding of algorithms and complexity analysis
  • Experience in project management
  • Start Up experience a plus
  • French and English languages

Tasks &
Responsibilities

  • Assist customers to clarify their problematics and requirements, and elaborate with them a pertinent and evolutive data model
  • Help customers design business intelligence rules and assist them in CogTL configuration – with the potential support of our engineering teams.
  • Detect potential enhancement requests and provide feedback to the development teams in terms of end-user experience
  • Be a force of proposition to meet Cognitechs objectives of quality and user experience
