For a project for our client, an international insurance based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Business Analyst / PMO - Service Management ITIL

In this challenging role, you will be working in a fast-growing environment in Technology Operations and are responsible for supporting project management and business owners with business analysis and PMO services.


Your Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years’ experience as Business Analyst and/or PMO and/or Service Manager
  • Experience of working on business projects on the business side with substantial IT interface and stakeholder management
  • Good understanding of Service Management principals ITIL
  • Well versed in MS Office (SharePoint, Teams, Excel)
  • Working in a large organisation where data governance challenges and trainings are usual (Financial Services preferred, Pharma, Telecommunication, Military, etc.)
  • Awareness of how data is processed, analytical mindset
  • Able to communicate with people on all levels (strong communication skills)
  • Strong emotional intelligence and empathy, customer oriented, customer driven, UX aware
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

Your Responsibilities:
  • Customer-support on-site to keep the existing locker system up and running during weekdays and business hours. Customers can vary from staff, VIP, executive staff
  • Analyzing and fixing issues and record Service gaps & improvements on site collaborating with Floorwalkers and Concierges for locker services – tickets
  • Be the Point of Contact for the business and the stakeholders
  • Responsible for the business specification & PMO
  • Requirements engineering (60% of the role at the start)
  • Collect user experience and translate them into business requirements
  • Supporting project management and business owner with PMO services
  • Supporting project management and business owner with Internet Service Provider (data center provider) request management and IT Service Management Change Management
  • Support creating the business runbook and help for the BAU handover phase
