We’re currently searching for a skilled Business Analyst UX/UI Contractor to join our UX team, in order to help us drive our continued growth and success. The position is located in Geneva for 12 months.

Objectives of this role in support to the UX team:
  • Drive the identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard processes
  • Serve as expert for technical business processes, leveraging research analysis and forward-thinking prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity
  • Determine and develop user requirements for the product to maximize its value
  • Continuously optimize the UX of the end-user
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development

Your mission on a daily basis:
  • Conduct market research and audits to generate analysis about trends and development opportunities, in collaboration with the UX team
  • Translate conceptual requirements into written functional specifications in a clear manner that is comprehensible to technical & developer teams
  • Be the go-to-person with the technical team to ensure the quality of the development, and release of digital projects according to the specifications.
  • Lead UAT according to the Business specifications.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally and through written documentation — to project managers, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood
  • Conduct product reviews to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
  • You are familiar with usability heuristics and best practices in UX Design and Visual Design

Profile

What do you need to be successful in this role?
  • Good communication and stakeholder/ external agency management skills
  • 5 years’ experience in similar role
  • Experience designing user flows or interfaces for web-based products
  • Experience working with both IT development teams and Business teams
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Entrepreneur mindset, with a high level of adaptability & energy
  • High understanding of web processes, front-end development and UX/UI standard
  • High level of rigor, autonomy & natural organizational skills
  • Good English mandatory, French and/or Italian is a plus
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Figma, Photoshop Jira, Confluence, AEM. GA or AA is a plus.
