• Managing the first level support for all incoming requests from our partners in the business by recording, dispatching, and

following up in due time.

• Having a complete and up-to-date overview of all tasks related to operations (JIRA sprint board) ensuring fulfilment in due time.
• Team up with the TechOps team to solve purely technical issues and support the communication with the business partners.
• Terminology Management, service management, integration, first level support, coordinator, technical support.

Must Haves

• Knowledge of the ScintHub product line (terminology, semantic schema modeling & conceptual modeling). Excellent acquaintance with the ScintHub User Interfaces: RTS
• Curation Client, RTS Browser, RTS Model Browser. Knowledge of the conceptual model underlying ScintHub and the parts of the external API which surface the model.
• Capability to write business related wiki entries (or similar tools).
• Good analytical skills & motivation to acquire new knowledge about Reference Data Management.
• Knowledge in Service Management.
• Professional and customer oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and networking skills, strong team player.
• Interest in Business Development.
• Knowledge in tools to support engagement with customers.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice To Haves

• Some experience in conflict management would be of advantage
• Polish native speaker an advantage but not prerequisite
