  • serve as member of the business management team of the Agile GCRG stream and coordinate the supporting areas, i.e., manage the interfaces to financial, workforce, vendor, and portfolio management in close collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • provide related services and support to the head of CDIO GCRG and the Agile GCRG Stream
  • support the stream leadership in the hiring process and in efficiently managing the agile product portfolio
  • perform financial tracking towards defined targets and report to the respective stream members
  • support the stream leadership in developing, coordinating, and evaluating the workforce strategy
  • manage vendors e.g., via selecting appropriate vendors, negotiating contracts, controlling costs, reducing vendor related risks, and ensuring service delivery
Your teamYou’ll be working in the CDIO GCRG Operating & Portfolio Management team in Zürich. We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the GCRG Agile stream performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. You’ll be working closely with the Head of CDIO GCRG and the management team.We are a global team supporting the global control function GCRG to deliver it’s agile portfolio.Your expertise



  • ideally 10 years of experience working as a business manager or in a role which required the above expertise
  • very organised and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
  • excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills
  • quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process
  • always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient
  • natural risk manager with a strategic mind-set
